How do I backup the VigorIPPBX 3510 configuration?

Backup using upgrade utility

The best way to backup the VigorIPPBX 3510 configuration is via the firmware upgrade utility

From a machine that is connected locally to the VigorIPPBX 3510, run the firmware upgrade utility and select backup as shown in the screenshot below

Two files will be saved, one named V3510_*date*.cfg and one named V350VoipModule_*date*.cfg. To restore the configuration, use the same utility and select "Restore" instead of "Backup"

Backup using Web UI

An alternative way to backup just the PBX settings rather than the whole configuration is using the [IPPBX]>[PBX System]>[SIP Trunk and Extension Configuration Backup]
