I've a customer who has had Fibre installed over a week ago. Internet worked fine for a week then just stopped. Have no idea why and the best of it is i've made no changes to the router. To get internet connection back up i've had to reset factory defaults. However the up and down speed is sitting about 5 and 10. Has anyone any ideas on what could cause the connection to fall so dramatically in just one week?
