Hi,

I have an IPPBX2820 and 3 VigorPhone350's, all with latest firmware from Draytek UK site (3.5.4 on IPPBX and i version on 350's) and set up with a DrayTel account.

I have two phones connected directly to the IPPBX and one remotely.

The problem that I have is that if the remote phone is connected to the IPPBX it cuts out the entire internal network of the ippbx. The remote phone works fine like this but the office has no phones and no internet!

When I turn off the remote phone, the internal network comes back up.

I am guessing that it is the vigorphone350 as I have used a softphone (x-lite) to connect from the remote location with the same settings and it works fine.

Any ideas?
