PSTN call in or out dropped after 5 seconds

Hi this is a recent issue and its really annoying me.

If I call #0 to activate the PSTN line, i hear dial tone. Then the router clicks and drops it, and I get dialtone from the VoIP line.

Similar on incoming call, the PSTN rings the phones, I answer and after around 5 seconds it drops.

Anyone help with some advice??
