I've got a 2830n at home on a poor quality broadband line (Up sync speed fluctuates between 96kb and 448kb).

Does anyone know the basic QoS settings I'd need to apply to ensure that that phone always gets the first 80kb of bandwidth. I'm relatively incompetent - i.e. so have no idea what the appropriate IP precedence is (or what that means!), or what TCP/UDP service the phone would use (I do know the local IP of the phone and the external IP range of my VOIP provider) but am more than up to shoving in what you tell me!
