time based call routing

Is it at all possible to do time based call routing?

I have I have a POTS plan that includes free evening and weekend calls to 01,02 and 03 numbers.

so I would like to setup
* during peak times (8am-7pm, Mon-Fri) always use SIP to dial out.
* at other times route 0[1-3].* numbers via PSTN, all others via SIP.

I couldn't see a way in the web ui - but is there something burried in the terminal interface.
