Just wondering if anyone has successfully backed up config file from Vigor 2830 and managed to upload into a Vigor BX2000?

My understanding is that the BX2000 is based on the firmware of the Vigor 2860 which 'should' allow for import of config file from Vigor 2830... any help or comments of experiences would be gratefully received!

The VigorBX 2000 is designed to import configuration files from the Vigor IPPBX 2820 only, it can't import the config file from a 2830 or 2860 router at the moment.

I suspected as much... the tenuous link I made between the devices made me hope it was feasible! :lol:

Does the import from the IPPBX 2820 to the BX2000 require that a particular release of software is installed on the IPPBX 2820 prior to export?

Any chance config backup from a 2860 is yet feasible , curently got some 2860's and want to upgrade to VigorBX 2000
