Evaluating the BX2000 and having problems dialling out on pstn analogue lines we have connected. Tested that the lines and dial tone is connected to the ports by dialling from a test phone on the lines before connecting to the line ports.

All ok dialling out on SIP trunks and can receive incoming calls on the pstn lines ok.

Using a Grandstream telephone as the test telephone, also tried a Mitel phone

Allowed access to pstn 1 and 2 in the extension and set up dial plan.(disabled sip trunks for testing)

Receive 486 busy when attempting an outbound call.

Anybody successfully set up pstn lines with inbound and outbound dialling?
