Hi,

Now, I know I have scr***d up as I hadn't read the instructions fully and tried to upgrade from:

12202.26.1.04 to 12202.26.1.11 in one go but should have done 12202.26.1.07H first.

I can still get the phone into TFTP mode by pressing the 2 buttons but suspect the bootloader/code might be 'upset'.

Anyway to get this back to factory default using the keypads as I cannot load the Web GUI via IP, and no matter what I try, the phone sittings at either Initializing or if in TFTP mode, doesn't appear to actually be 'listening'
