Orange VOIP Service and Draytek routers

Orange VOIP Service and Draytek routers was created by bandicoot
Has anyone succeeded in replacing their Orange LiveBox with a Draytek and keeping their Voip service intact? The service in question is actually on the Orange.Fr network , but I guess that it is similar to UK. Do you need to open ports and reset the MAC address or is it more involved?
