I have a draytek 2910 router and i want to block msn messenger

from the specs of the router is says

Block Instant Messaging programs (e.g. IRC, MSN/Yahoo Messenger)

but i cant find any option in the filters to do this

is this a manual process? please help

You need to set up an IM object first and then select it in CSM filter.

It's explained in the User Guide which you can download from the link on this page (on the left under the picture).
