Recently a pair of Vigor 2820 routers have been installed at the two sites belonging to a local charity for whom I have been building databases. Both have internet access configured for no fixed IP, with WAN IP Alias specified, despite the fact that the ISP has provided fixed IPs. I have no problem with a VPN connection to one of them, but the other is not responding. Should the fixed IPs be specified?

Your advice will be most welcome!
