Vigor 2820n & additional switch was created by mulhollandm
folks
i have a customer site with a vigor 2820n
i need more ports than the router has built in so i want to hang a switch off one of the 4 ports
as the site is remote i've had to get one of the ocal users to try this for me but unfortunately it isn't working
the switch is ok but i'm not sure whether the draytek requires a straignt or cross cable
anyone any ideas

The Vigor will switch automatically so you can use either a straight or cross cable.
