We have no cap on our fiber line. I was able to get my draytek 2910 to download and upload more by disabling the QOS on the WAN. But I am still limited to about 25-30mb. When i plug my laptop directly i get over 100mb out on speedtest.net. Is there something i should look at on that router?

It's kind of a hardware limitation of the 2910 series, I'm surprised it can do 30mb really, the amount it quotes on here is more like 15Mb/s: http://draytek.co.uk/products/comparison.html The Firewall throughput is equal to the actual throughput.
