Very new to Draytek, plugged in and accessed the UI, now after applying my setting the router seems to just be in a re-boot cycle and cant access at all - help!!!!

That's odd that it would do that, have a look at the Abnormal Firmware Conditions section on this page, which shows how you'd reflash the router to get it working again:

yeah went through that with draytek on the phone, they reckon faulty hardware so its going back :?
