Load Balancing 2 pairs of 2 instead of 4 ? was created by thirst4knowledge
Hi there,

I ahve a vigor 3300...

Dose it matter which order you put your wan cables in? The reason I ask is because I originaly had wan ports 1 & 2 plugged in (using Vigor 120 modem PPPoE setup) but I have 2 other WAN connections (ethernet via transparrent Routers) which I setup WAN ports 3 & 4 (but not physically connected just IP setup etc... for some reason now I can't connect to the my mangment address which was origianly assigned to wan port 1.

So it looks like as soon as I setup ports 3 & 4 and put them in load balance I can't reach the web managment address (On WAN 1)

Also is it possible to load balance 2 pairs of connections or can you only load balance all 4 together ?

And if you load balance an interface that has a vpn termination on it what affect will that have ?

Thanks
