Factory reset VigorSwitch 2240

Hi,

Is there any way to factory reset a 2240 without logging onto the web manager? I had it in a virtual stack at one point, but for some reason the switch no longer appears in the stack and i can't manage it. Is there any way i can reset the device?

Is there a console port (RS232) or a physical reset button ?

There is an RS232 port yeah, but i dunno if i have any old laptops with an RS232 port on it to plug into it lol

There is a 'restart' button, which merely powers it down and back up again.

Hm...normally there's a reset button...maybe the rester button also reset if
you hold it for a certain time...RTFM or ask support...
