I have a remote client who has lost all connectivty as the Vigor 2800 has gone into safe mode.
I understand this can be solved with a reflash of the router, but I am struggling to find a step-by-step guide for doing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
The user is not very technically savvy and I can't connect remotely (for obvious reasons), so I would like to make this fix as painless as possible.
