I have a small network consisting of two Windows servers (Small Business Server 2011 and Remote Desktop Server running Windows 2008) a handful of PCs and a Vigor 2960 (firmware version 1.0.6) for Internet access.

I need to monitor our internet traffic since our monthly usage is far greater than I would expect of an organisation of our size (by a magnitude of 10 I suspect). I have setup the Smart Monitor supplied by Draytek, and this does capture some data, but nowhere near enough to explain 100GB of bandwidth usage in a month.

Can anybody suggest why Draytek's Smart Monitor is not giving me all the usage information or can anybody suggest an alternate monitoring tool that works with the Draytek Vigor routers, specifically the 2960?
