Okay, I think i understand now - you can have many more dialin user profiles, but the application mappings (e.g. RDP) is limited to 10, i.e. if everyone wants to use different RDP mappings/machines. Well, 10 is not adequate for a lot of people, I'd agree! ( If dialin users all used the same PC or terminal services, or you had <10 users then it would be okay, but I think with 100 users, it should allow many more app profiles. Definitely raise that with support.
