We have a 2830n on EFM with routed Public IP's, and have a VLAN setup:
VLAN1 Subnet Lan1 IP: 192.168.1.x no VLAN TAG
VLAN2 Subnet Lan2 IP: 192.168.100.x VLAN TAG =2
Public IP one forward all relevant traffic to the 192.168.1.x network no problems, and no issues occur
Routed IP 1 setup correctly, on the Open Ports for this public IP are setup, we can forward web traffic to the VLAN device without a hitch, however when it comes to SIP traffic it does not work.
I've down a Wireshark trace, and can see the SIP packets coming into the router, but for some reason they are not getting to the VLAN? With Web traffic going through I know the port open ports are working, so why will the SIP packets not travel to the VLAN, am I missing something?
As a diagnoses to rule out a routed IP issue, I change the SIP to travel along the standard public IP, however the same issue occurs, so my thoughts are with the VLAN, but I am totally lost as to why it's not working.
