I am having trouble setting groups.

what I would like to have is two groups, one would be STAFF' who would have full access, and the other GUESTS who would have restrictions such as no social networking, no access to office shared folders.

To make things more complicated, could I further have IP Group GUESTS request username and password to access the internet. STAFF IP Group would not need username and password.

Is this possible?
