The business I am employed by is using Smart Monitor v2.4.2 authenticated with Vigor 2920n to record the internet usage of different users.
We are meant to be receiving a weekly email from DrayTek detailing this usage. However, we are no longer receiving these emails and the online self-monitoring tool doesn't appear to be working either: telling us we are using a lot of data on days when no-one is at work!
Has anyone had a similar problem or can anyone suggest something? The DrayTek support services aren't being particularly forthcoming.
