I have deployed two Draytek 3900 devices to different sites in the last few weeks and can now no longer connect to Clients inside the network using logmein rescue (all the other services seem to work OK - VPNs are all up and without issue, traffic speed looks good etc (~300mbps at one and ~100mbps at the other) - team viewer work fine in to the sites, but logmein rescue disconnects after about 3 seconds repeatedly - just about displays the remote desktop then disconnects.
One site is on a BTNet circuit, one on Virgin Media Business.
Both sites worked fine with LMI previously. One 3900 replaced a draytek 2925n and one replaced a smoothwall utm1000.
Both sites are completely unrelated.
Both 3900 firewalls are on FW 1.2.2
There is no filtering or blocking enabled - no content filter enabled on either device, DOS / DDOS is not enabled.
Both have SSL VPN configured on a port other than 443.
Both have SSL management configured on a port other than 443.
is anyone else seeing the same issue?
