I'm using a DrayTek Vigor 130 modem with a NETGEAR RBR50 router. Is it possible to access the UI of the Vigor 130 without having to connect directly to it?

The Vigor 130 has ip 192.168.1.0
The Orbi has ip 192.168.1.1
My ISP is Plusnet (UK)

Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.
