If you select bridge mode on ipv6 wan settings, why is the dhcp client still in use?

For ipv4 I am using a DMZ.
For ipv6 I just want to bridge traffic . But thought the dhcp client should be the downstream device and not the 2862.

Am I missing something.

Fyi my connection is to sky using mpoa.
