I've just bought a Vigor 166 and installed it, connects to the internet no problem but the download speeds and latency since installing it are sometimes 2000ms. I have a VDSL connection with a vigor 166 as my modem and a Ubiquiti UDM Pro as my router. The modem is set to bridge mode and I set the VLAN tag in the router (not the modem), although I have tried both and the result is still the same. I've upgraded to the latest firmware but this isssue is still here.

I put the older modem in which is a netgear in bridge mode and works no problem with ping reducing from 2000ms to 10ms to google.co.uk

Any help would be appreciated.
