IP Keeps Chaging on LAN 2 LAN

IP Keeps Chaging on LAN 2 LAN was created by sicon
we have a 2930 with 3 VPNs configured (2 joint as a GRE IP SEC TRUNK). The problem I have is that the End point address keeps changing to one of the other VPNS end point addresses?

Any ideas why this would happen, its getting quite annoying now going in to the router everyday to change it back now?
