We have been experiencing some issues with our 2960 VPN that runs out Phone system. We have an IPsec vpn using IKEv1 that connects to our phones remote host server. The past few months there has been some issues with loss of packets over the VPN which obviously causes our phones to drop in and out when our sales team are in a call.
We have QoS setup to priorities our Phone lan over the separate data lan and have this running over a 100/100 leased bt line. There was a recent update to 1.3 firmware which does not seem to have solved the issue.
Is anyone having the same issues as us with this model?
