Routing specific ip traffic through VPN was created by jameswiltshire
Hi,

We have our main lan on 10.0.20.0/24 and a VPN connection to a partner site with lan 10.20.30.36/24. There are a few webpages at our partner site on IP addresses 10.30.40.50 and 10.30.40.51 that we need to connect to from our main site. How do i go about routing traffic from our main lan through the VPN to the partner's site. They have added rules on their side but i don`t know what to do on our site.

Any help will be most grateful.

Thanks

James

You don't say what product you're using, but if it's a modern DrayOS on, you just set the rule under Load Balance/Route Policy so that any destination
of 10.30.40.0 goes via the relevant VPN

or...

Add the remote network (10.30.40.0/24?) to the "Remote Networks" section of the 'LAN to LAN' VPN Profile, using the "More" button, in section 5: "TCP/IP Network Settings".
