I have setup a VPN on my Draytek at home but I can not connect any devices to it on the same network I have got to be on 3G or on another network and it works fine. but soon as a connect to my router at home with the VPN on it won’t connect please can I have some advice.

A little more information would be helpful, but I am guessing you have set up a dial in VPN as you say remote devices can access your LAN OK?
If so there is no mechanism to allow LAN side devices to tunnel through a dial in VPN, so what you are seeing is normal behaviour.
The next question to ask is what are you trying to achieve?
