Can't seem to find an answer to this specific issue.
I have 2 of these routers both have firmware: 3.8.8_BT and both have exactly the same settings except for the Internet connection:
Unit 1 is our primary connection connected through a BT Modem to WAN2.
Unit 2 is connected to a completely seperate DSL line and connected directly using the internal 2860 modem on WAN1.

Unit 2 successfully connects and works perfectly.
Unit 1 is basically uncontactable.

Can only assume it's to do with the WAN1 and WAN2 connection. Have spent quite a while going back over settings and searching about but no luck.

Anyone else had this and resolved it?

Edit: I should point out this is a dial up VPN, not router to router.

It could be the configuration of the BT Modem. Is this really a Modem? ... or is it a Router? Or is it a Router in 'Bridge Mode'? :)

To put it another way, is the IPSec stuff getting through this Modem? Fire up a Syslog server and point the 2860 at it. That should help you see what traffic is making it to the 2860 - and what it's doing with it.
