Just fitted a new Vigor as an upgrade to a 2830. Having issues with the remote dial in vpn. I’ve configured the IPSec PSK setup the remote dial in users buy ios devices refuse to connect and so does windows 10. Win10 basically says there’s a security mismatch. Looking on the vigor logs it is down to the PSK but I’ve done the usual copy and paste both ends if that makes sense?

On ios the draytek vpn app will connect via ssl vpn but not with l2tp.

Any ideas if it’s just a case of disabling/enabling something somewhere that I’ve missed?

Hi there I came here looking for the same answer, we must have both missed something! How did you get on? I have a remote site that I need to access and I'll have to return to visit but I want to make sure I can access it properly, thank you!
