Got an old AP800 which was historically used with a PSU but has been out of action for a year or so. Moved it to a POE location a week or two ago and all was fine. Moved it a new location just now and it refuses to start!

No LED flashing whatsoever. POE switches (tried 2) both show it drawing about 30mA which is similar to a couple of AP910c. Popped open the case and see a bulging cap (near to the centre of the PCB near to the CPU.

Are these units common for the failed caps?
