This forum is pretty useless.... Very few replies to questions.

Does anyone from Draytek actually monitor this forum ?

I have just joined it. I am inclined to agree with you.

This is a users forum, so other users can share their expertees and experiences, not to contact draytek support staff for help, you do that via their support services at http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/techquery.html

IF any draytek staff do post here they are not required to do so and are doing so as a courtesy or because they too are users of the hardware and are sharing their own experiences and only have the one account rather than an additional personal account.

I haven't been on the forum for a long time. Logged on today and was surprised to see how many posts there has been, so it looks like this forum is improving. (about time!)

Would be better if DrayTek looked at it, I see an Australian forum where there is a DratTek rep answering questions or relaying info. Would be good if someone got on here to help some of us out, most forums have a company rep to help users.

Actually I'm sure Draytek monitor the Forum, if only to maintain a professional attachment. Otherwise they'd look pretty amatuerish and wouldn't sell much equipment. After all it's in their interests, isn't it Draytek?
