Voice mail stops working IPPBX 2820 was created by haywardi
Hi I have a couple of problems with voice mail on the IPPBX 2880.
The first and most serious is that after about a week, voicemail completely stops working. When you get transferred to voicemail it drops the line.. A reboot fixes, but......
The second problem is that when voicemail is working I have it set to email me. However, if someone leaves a long ish message, say 30 seconds, you can hear the first half without problem but the second half is only just noise. However, I can pick up the voicemail using the phone and hear the whole message without problem.
And finally can someone let me know the official support line number for this product so I can formally register these latest set of problems.
Thanks in advance
Iain

Hi,
Its been a week now. Am I alone in experiencing these problems?
Has someone found the solution and could help me?
Can someone let me know the official support number as I believe these problems need to be fixed.
Thanks in advance

Did this ever get fixed?
We are running fw 3.5.8 and still have voicemail issues such as left VM are not stored nor is the VM to email working. A reboot temporarily fixes......

Don't wish to be doom an gloom, but I gave up on the 2820ippbx....
Too many problems, too little support.
