Caller ID does not appear on my phone for incoming PSTN calls when connected via my Vigor2820Vn (3.3.5.2_232201). When the phone is plugged into the BT socket it works fine.

Caller ID type is set to FSK_ETSI(UK), is there anything else I can check?

Found the solution for anyone else with the same problem - I ticked the 'CLIR (hide caller ID)' option under the phone settings, saved, unticked, then saved again.

No longer working for me either now so disregard my 'fix' above. Is this a common issue?

Try entering the following in a TELNET session:

Code:
voip dsp relaydbounce off

I think on latest firmware, draytek decided that enabling this option by default was the way to go. It prevents the PSTN relay from clicking in persistently on poor lines but blocks off CID signal. I'm not sure if this option can be saved in the confiuration, it may need be typed every time you reboot the router

Hey, just tried it and after at first failing I updated the firmware to the latest version and then tried again and it works
YIPEE!
not sure what the downside to having the relaydbounce filter off is, but i guess i will just have to see.
At least I can always turn it back on if required

Thanks for sharing
