Draytek 2820 - PSTN one way voice

Draytek 2820 - PSTN one way voice was created by cm3
We have installed a Draytek 2820 IPPBX and plugged in one PSTN line. We can hear inward calls but nothing outward, can anybody make any recommendations?

You are not the only one... I have been having this issue for months and reported it to Draytek. Currently diverting all calls to a SIP provider as it was becoming a major business headache.

Hi,

What fw you're using ?

Please double check extensions permissions (ex: if used extensions have permission to use PSTN trunk).
