Is there any way of setting DHCP options on the draytek routers?
e.g. option 66 for tftp boot server?

The router acts as a DHCP server on/off or an agent.
If DHCP server on you can assign a pool of addresses for DHCP enabled clients, alternatively you can bind MAC to IP.
The agent is if you have another DHCP server in your network, relay agent helps you redirect requests to that subnet. Hope this helps.
