Hi,
While I do not own one yet (have a regular 2820Vn) - could the PSTN port be added in the mix (i.e. a PSTN trunk) so the PBX supports has 2 trunks, so I can receive and control calls on both the VOIP and PSTN lines.

Thanks
Mark.

Sounds great, however I apart from the ISDN ports what is difference h/w wise between a regular 2820 & VigorIPPBX - Is there extra h/w needed to support the PBX functionality ?

Yes; it's a completely different design, require additional hardware (such as memory for messages/menus, codecs for multiple calls, ports etc.). It's called the PBX2820 because of the ADSL router side and presumably keep the established name but I think they should have called it something else ot make it clear it's not just a V2820 with special firmware!
