OK,I've got my GlobalView license. Where can I install it on my Vigor 2820vn? I'm running firmware 3.3.3 but I'm now lead to think that I need a new upgrade so Globalview can be used??

Yes, you need later firmware on the router.

They haven't released a newer version yet.

I recommend you get a refund on your Globalview license (and 2820 router if possible).

Draytek are extremely haphazard and unprofessional; i can't recommend them.

It seems odd my supplier would sell the license when you can't upgrade the router to use it yet (from the UK site anyway...)

I purchased the license from www.seg.co.uk
