2820 new firmware 3.3.7 was created by NeilH
Just found new firmware for the 2820 series on draytek.com and it is version 3.3.7 with a build date of Nov 8th 2011.
Shows as 3.3.7 RC5 on the status screen.
Long list of improvments and some fixes.
Discovered that to access the unit configuration that it now requires a username as well and I used "ADMIN" with my normal password and it access's ok, miss the username and I could not gain access.
Wonder how long before it makes the UK site?

which modem code are you seeing that with? I'm seeing it on 2431301 for my one which is the only one that works with this particular ADSL line, I didn't see the RC5 bit when I loaded 232201 modem code on it but it wouldn't sync the ADSL
Seems to be quite a nice firmware so far, the user/admin thing just brings it into line with the other routers like the 2830 etc so it's kind of a free feature
Probably the most useful improvement I've spotted so far is the ability to have the router clear sessions when a scheduled filter rule starts, so things like URL content filters that are scheduled can't be avoided by keeping the session open if that's set.

I am using 232201A and the firmware version showing on the startup status screen is 3.3.7_RC5 and a build date of Oct 27th 2011.
Only had a quick look at the Interface so can't really comment. I am not interested in different Admin/User passwords but can understand why it has been put in for commercial users.
Have to see how stable it is as the previous version 3.3.5.2 was showing about 4000 hours uptime before I updated the firmware.

I've noticed that it seems a bit more responsive in this update. I'm using modem code 211801 - one oddity is the snmp stats for the upload an download rates - they appear to have been divided by 100! ie before I was recording download rates of say 1500kBps and now I'm recording 15! Hopefully this will be fixed in another version - its skewing all of my
MRTG data! Anyone else noticed this?

Sadly despite reporting these issues with previous firmware they haven't fixed:
1) Fails to remember login details with Ie8/9
2) Always starts up with auto logout on, unless someone knows where you can get it to remember the setting.
