Draytek 3900 documentation was created by redmonkey
Hi,
I have just spent a good sum on a draytek 3900 however I seem to have been sent a CD with a brief explanation of how the product works. I cannot get the 3900 to work reliably with load balancing + port forwarding and so was looking for some documentation.
Please could someone point me in the direction of the detailed documentation for the product.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the link but it gives me the same brief user guides that are on the CD. In fact the 3900 came with firmware 1.0.6_RC3 with which I cannot find any documentation or release notes. I am pretty much backed into the position of having to return this due to the fact that it doesn't work reliably and there is no documentation, it seems as though it is a bit early for a "professional router/firewall" (Draytek's description) to be on sale.
Anyone with any ideas as to getting support from Draytek?
Thanks

I think my 3900 came with 1.0.6RC3 but found 1.0.5 to be better
