Hi every one , I have vdsl line which its work with the modem that come with our provider but when I try to connect directly to vigor 2860n there is no sync at all , I change all setting vdsl but no sync ,

any suggestion , and by the way the vigor vdsl 2750n its work with vdsl fine , I do not konw how to solve this problem ..

Is very similar to the 2860 but if is not infinity you need to add manually your current isp's settings

which isp & country?
Example If your isp is TT it needs DHCP instead of PPPoE

I think the problem from software , may the new software will solve this problem ,
