Vigor 3900 Restarting Itself was created by eclipse
Hi,
We've been having an ongoing issue with our external access going down at least once a day.
We've got a Vigor 3900 running firmware 1.0.6 connected to a Virgin business fibre connection.
I've not been able to discover anything that might be causing it, as when internet access drops, I'm able to sign onto the router, and it's cpu usage will be at 100% and the system uptime will of reset itself to 00:00.
I've started running the Syslog util on my machine, and i'm hoping it may give an error when it next drops, but i was wondering if there's anything else i should be checking ?

How did you manage to get this working with VM SuperHub? i assume they provided you with a block of public IP Addresses?

We've got fibre to the premises that's connected to a vm managed cisco 1921, which is then connected to our vigor 3900.
I can't remember, but i think we got about 12 public IP addresses as well.

I've received a new firmware update (V3900_V107RC9_r2600) from Draytek email support that seems to of stabilised the router, but has caused other issues a few other issues. Still speaking to them at the moment.

Hi
I'm experiencing the exact same issue - router appears to reboot itself at random intervals - how did you manage to solve this?
Thanks,
David
