I have a 2762AC which I'm currently using to provide two SSIDs in the house, the idea was a main one for me and general use, and one for the kids. Is it possible to apply a schedule (i.e. time-limit) on the kids SSID without impacting the main one? When I've tried this, the scheduler takes out both SSIDs, and it's not really clear in the instructions whether this is possible.

My reading of the user manual is that the force down action applies to all SSIDs

You need e.g. a 2927ac in order to have a schedule apply to an individual SSID

You're saying you can't do it with the 2762? That's a shame, I'd assumed being able to separate SSIDs would also allow you to separate control, guess not always.

The 2927 isn't a VDSL solution. The 2862ac suggests it can do independent time schedules per ssid, would that be a decent replacement?

Sorry, I'm too used to having a separate modem since I "moved on" from the 2860 series a few years ago (forgetting to unplug the vdsl line before changing config and the resulting re-boots causing DLM to kick in).

Yes I think the 2862 has the same functionality as the 2927 in this respect.
