Wow, this is a strange one.

From the video you've posted, it looks like a Vigor 130 that's had its top case and bottom label swapped over with a Vigor 166 that was supplied originally from the UK. Piste Basher makes a good point that the label looks peeled off. I think that fraudulent return looks probable.
The lower case and board are from a V130, since otherwise you'd have a big gap where the 2nd LAN port would be.
