Dial In VPN Keeps dropping was created by draytek_2865_2
Hello,
My SSL vpn keeps dropping after ten or so mins, there is no exact pattern to the time, it will reconnect again but it's really annoying. I have tried all the VPN options like PPTP and they all seem to do the same so I am guessing it's an issue on the Draytek setup but I can't seem to find anything.
In the log I am getting the below on the SSL connection.
The Draytek is running the latest firmware. 2865 Router
All dial in users have the same issue.

Install the latest firmware (4.4.3) and see if the issue remains.
What is the idle timeout set to?

All users at the same time, regardless of VPN type, are you sure you don't have connectivity issues?

Hi Matthew, our system uptime does not change, i would have thought if we lost connectivity then that would reset to 0?

System uptime and connection uptime are separate things though...if the line drops the system (i.e. OS) is still 'up'.
