2820n working well.
Some users now with iPhones and one with Samsung Galaxy. Can't connect to the wireless. When trying, it sees 2820n but doesn't go into setup options (as it does with other wirless devices). Other phones are OK (Nokia, HTC, etc)
Help, please!

I have a galaxy nexus that works fine with the 2820 series of router.

The reason for it not working is most likely down to the configuration on the router? What security/mode is the router in and what other devices do you have connecting to the router?

Hello.
Thanks for the response. My first thought was to look at the settings. However what is 'special' about iPhone, Galaxy, etc., that they need a change to the router, whereas Nokia and HTC don't need the change?

Both iOS and Android are known to have some "oddities" with regards to DHCP and holding on to IP addresses that aren't theirs. It may be worth trying increasing the number of IP addresses available in your DHCP pool to see if that helps.
