VigorACS 2 - How to create new User accounts

The DrayTek VigorACS 2 system has multiple levels of access for user accounts, to control the changes that User accounts can make:

System Administrator A system administrator has full access to all features available in ACS
Group Administrator No access to ACS system parameters, unable to customise the default values for ACS
Reduced access to user management, new users can be created with role set as Administrator, Operator or View only Operator
No access to ACS license information
Administrator No access to ACS system parameters, unable to customise the default values for ACS
No access to user management
No access to ACS license information
Operator No access to ACS system parameters, unable to customise the default values for ACS
No access to user management
No access to ACS license information
No provisioning menu which offers option to roll out configuration changes to multiple CPE's & Networks Changes can still be made to individual CPE's one at a time via the Devices menu
No Admin menu, Networks cannot be created or modified
View Only Operator

No changes allowed to any CPE, individually or via larger scale roll out using provisioning features Wizard features which include firmware upgrades and reboot options are also disabled
No option to delete alarm history of CPE
No option to delete CPE logs
No Admin menu, Networks cannot be created or modified
No access to ACS system parameters, unable to customise the default values for ACS
No access to user management
No access to ACS license information

To create new user accounts, go to [System Menu] > [User] > [User Management], click +Add to add a new User Profile:

In Add User Profile, give the account a suitable Username, a secure Password and select the Role (privilege level) that the account will have access to. To use the account, Enable it and click Save.

Now that the user account has been created, assign it to the required Group(s) from [System Menu] > [User] > [Group Management].

Go to the Management tab, select the User Group to add the account to and click on the Users drop-down box to select a user account:
